Baffle Curtains Supply & Installation
We recently supplied and installed Baffle Curtains to the Stillorgan Reservoir in Co. Dublin. The covered facility consists of three reservoir cells totalling 160 ML storage capacity. The curtain panels were prefabricated in our workshop, before being transported to site and installed over a period of 12 weeks.
The baffle curtains are fully welded 1.5mm Flagon Geo P/AT Geomembrane, and have uPVC pipes threaded through the top and bottom seams. They are fixed to the reservoir walls, ceiling and floor using 316 Stainless Steel fixtures and fittings and polypropylene tensioning straps. All materials used are Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) or Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) approved products and are safe for use in drinking water.

The reservoir is planned to be completed and opened in 2022.
